• “Chronicles” refers to all editorial articles, historical research, and long-form guides hosted on the platform.
• “Listings” refers to the verified data for Paying Guest (PG) accommodations, Cafes, and Hostels.
• “Stakeholders” includes users, contributors, and business partners.

By accessing Pune Culture, you warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Continued usage of our maps, blogs, and community boards constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you find any clause unacceptable, your sole remedy is to cease exploration of the platform immediately.

Pune Culture is an archive of original research and curated photography. Unless otherwise attributed, all content is the exclusive property of Pune Culture.

• Permitted Use: You may share links to our chronicles on social media and print pages for personal, non-commercial education.
• Prohibited Acts: Scraping our PG databases, redistributing our historical research as your own, or using our visual assets for commercial gain without a written license is strictly forbidden.

Our community threads are for the celebration of Pune. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment or hate speech directed at any community, caste, or religion.
• Spamming community boards with commercial advertisements.
• Posting misleading reviews of PG accommodations or local establishments.

Owners of PGs, Hostels, and Cafes listed on the platform agree that:

• The data provided (pricing, amenities, location) is accurate and up-to-date.
• The image assets uploaded represent the true state of the property.
• They will not engage in predatory pricing or bait-and-switch tactics with platform leads.

While our editorial team strives for the highest standard of accuracy in all published content, users acknowledge that historical accounts, restaurant timings, and PG pricing are subject to rapid change. Pune Culture is not liable for errors in external business data, inaccuracies in third-party listings, or differing interpretations of historical events. We strongly recommend verifying all live information — including bus routes, admission prices, and accommodation availability — directly with the relevant establishment or official source before making decisions.

You may not use any automated system (bots, crawlers) to access the platform. Any attempt to bypass our security protocols, reverse engineer our recommendation engines, or flood our servers with traffic will result in immediate termination and potential legal escalation under the IT Act of India.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pune Culture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your stay on our platform or your offline visits to establishments recommended in our chronicles.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pune Culture harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or any content you contribute to our community boards.
